This fire damaged historical masonry building, under the jurisdiction of the Cambridge Historical Commission, was redesigned to accommodate eight new affordable condominium units.  Mass Housing Partnership and Home Ownership Opportunity Programs guidelines for affordability provided a design framework, within which careful planning maintained high standards in spatial features, cabinetry, finishes, and amenities.
