Reconfiguration and renovation of three abandoned commercial buildings preserved historical detail and character, adding a distinctive, harmonious corner element to provide a landmark on this highly visible site.  Phased construction provided a large retail area and much needed affordable rental housing, contributing to the stability and vitality of the Fields Corner area.
