A master plan was developed for a resort community set on McWain Lake in Southwestern Maine, involving the redevelopment of an old, one hundred and fifty acre camp into a summer recreational village.  The project proposed the construction of seventy-five new and rehabilitated vacation homes, a dining facility accommodating two hundred and fifty, an arts and performance hall, and indoor and outdoor recreational and water facilities.  The site plan was developed to fully retain the natural wooded character of the property.
