Elton + Hampton Architects has completed planning services for redevelopment of this pivotal three-acre block, positioned as the gateway to Dudley Square. Through a cooperative process with representatives of neighborhood and civic interests, we have evolved a mixed use program for retail, office, and residential use, with both structured and surface parking. Retail will include small retail and gallery spaces, as well as a major supermarket. Housing will be provided for a variety of residential needs, including affordable, market, and live-work units, in both renovated and new construction.
