Two residential scale buildings on a large, attractively landscaped suburban site provide a range of transitional housing for nine individuals recently deinstitutionalized from mental health facilities.   Group residents receive supervision and living assistance in one building, while residents in the other building are able to live more independently in fully equipped, separate units.

Panelized construction allowed for controlled fabrication and rapid construction during unpredictable winter weather conditions.
