Client:

The Learning Center for Deaf Children

Located in Framingham, the Learning Center for Deaf Children campus serves both boarding and day students, with a clientele composed of hearing impaired or deaf children with emotional disturbances.   Elton + Hampton Architects designed Walden House as a multi-purpose building, providing educational and support space for the entire campus, as well as dormitory residential space for the boarding population.  The time sensitive construction process involved off-site fabricated  modular components, allowing rapid assembly.
