Located on the site of the former Legal Seafoods processing facility in Allston, this nine building project,  providing 50 units of affordable rental housing, was designed with respect for the scale of surrounding buildings, and will be a major factor in returning residential character to this area.

The Energy Star compliant project will be a demonstration site for operation of an innovative biofueled cogenerator plant, supplying significant heat, hot water, and electrical needs to residents.  State of the art insulation techniques will insure highly efficient building performance.  Panelized construction was employed, using wall sections fabricated off-site, with attendant benefits of efficient material use and rapid erection.  Construction is nearing completion.
