Elton + Hampton Architects has designed a number of facilities for the PACE program, adapting existing buildings to serve daytime needs of a frail or disabled elderly population.  Clients are transported to and from the facilities daily; facilities are equipped to provide health, therapeutic, social, supervision, and meal services.

Elton + Hampton Architects renovated this small industrial building, formerly used for glass fabrication and storage, and added a new wing, creating at PACE/Buffum a cheerful, attractive component of central Lynn’s urban streetscape.
