This project involved the construction of a new home for twenty older people, who, though able to live independently, choose to share kitchen, dining, and social rooms.  Design allows for individual privacy, but creates a family-like environment for enhanced social opportunity.

Set in a one and two family neighborhood, the building is residential in scale, in keeping with its purpose and surroundings.
