Serving several communities in Boston’s North Shore area, this new senior center includes several large meeting rooms, dining space/commercial kitchen serving 150 people, a dance and exercise area, library/computer areas, an elder day care program for 100 participants, a clinic area, a social day program for 40 people, a meals on wheels staging area, a crafts area, and central offices for Greater Lynn Senior Services.  The program was accommodated through adaptive reuse of a 40,000 square foot industrial building.
