An abandoned factory warehouse, and adjacent office space, was converted in phases to house indoor sports facilities, including state of the art indoor soccer and deck hockey areas, a pool building with a 25 meter pool, accessible bathrooms and locker rooms, a daycare facility, offices, and staff support areas.
