Client: The Learning Center for Deaf Children

Located in Framingham, the Learning Center for Deaf Children campus serves both boarding and day students, with a clientele composed of hearing impaired or deaf children with emotional disturbances.   Elton + Hampton Architects designed Walden House as a multi-purpose building, providing educational and support space for the entire campus, as well as dormitory residential space for the boarding population.  The time sensitive construction process involved modular components, allowing rapid assembly.
