After fire destroyed the top two stories of Rosie’s original five story masonry row house in Boston’s South End, the remaining structure was gutted.  Complete renovation and reconstruction converted the building into a lodging house, providing permanent housing for thirteen formerly homeless women.

Our office was responsible for architectural and construction management services, coordinating union backed labor donated to the project.
