An existing four-story masonry building was completely renovated to provide thirty-eight single room occupancy units, with common eating and living areas, providing affordable housing options for low income individuals. 

This project was a component in the rebuilding of the Park Cinema Block, which involved adaptive reuse and historical renovation of the first movie theatre in Boston, as well as new construction to reweave a vital street fabric.
