The largest H.U.D. multi-family urban homesteading project in the country at time of construction, Frankie O’Day Block was a demonstration sweat equity project, requiring future residents to provide an average of fifteen hours weekly involvement in the construction of their own units, with training and coordination provided by our firm.  Each unit was specifically designed to accommodate the needs of its owner.
