With the support and staunch advocacy of the Garrison Trotter Neighborhood Group through design and construction, this 14 unit scattered site project raised standards of livability for urban affordable housing, and represents a showpiece for neighborhood rebuilding.  Garrison Trotter Phase I was awarded the 2001 Prism Award for best single family residential design under $350,000.  Garrison Trotter Phase II is currently in design.
